STAPLETON, District Judge:

This is an action brought under Section 10(b) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. It arose out of the 1976 liquidation of Market Publications, Inc. ("Market"), a Delaware corporation. Plaintiff Jack B. Jacobs is the trustee in dissolution of the corporation and plaintiffs Paul Abramson, John F. Reilly and Product Publications, Inc. were record and beneficial owners of Market stock at the time of the liquidation...
