On June 26, 1974, plaintiff filed suit against defendants in the Circuit Court of Camden County. The suit alleged that defendant Osage Outdoor Advertising Company, a corporation, sold outdoor advertising sign contracts to customers in the state of Missouri, that plaintiff agreed to buy 13 of the contracts from Osage, and that the contracts were assigned to plaintiff by Osage with full recourse.
