Defendant pled guilty to the crime of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797. He now appeals as of right.

The prosecution and defendant entered into a plea bargain in which defendant would plead guilty to one count of armed robbery in exchange for a maximum sentence of ten years in prison.
