PER CURIAM.
Julian B. Wallace appeals from his conviction for knowingly and intentionally distributing cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). On appeal, he argues that the District Court erred in overruling his motion to suppress taped telephone conversations, in admitting certain evidence, and in failing to give one of his requested instructions.
