Appellant was indicted by the grand jury of Covington County for robbery during the commission of which the victim was intentionally killed, as delineated in Code of Alabama 1975, Section 13-11-2(a)(2). Two attorneys were appointed to represent appellant and he was arraigned in their presence, pleading not guilty to the indictment.
