This is an indemnification suit brought pursuant to T.C.A. § 50-915 by plaintiff General Accident, insurer of plaintiff H & M Construction Company, to recover workmen's compensation benefits paid to James Romans, an employee of defendant Tolley & Lowe, a Tennessee partnership and a subcontractor of H & M.
