This appeal arises out of the dissolution of a partnership and assumption of the partnership business by appellant Wallace L. Coleman. In 1972, Lofgren, Wright and Bridgers formed a partnership under the name ABC Warehouse as equal general partners. A warehouse structure was subsequently leased from J.B. Gottstein.
