The Narragansett Electric Company (Narragansett) has petitioned this court for a writ of certiorari requesting us to review and quash the August 21, 1978 order of the Public Utilities Commission (PUC). The petitioner also seeks our termination of the PUC investigation requested by the Attorney General, who alleged that Narragansett had overcharged its customers by improperly implementing a rate increase granted by the PUC...
