This is a civil action brought by plaintiff for an alleged violation of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), 15 U.S.C. § 1691, and the regulations promulgated under it. Plaintiff alleges that in November of 1977, defendant unlawfully denied her credit, in violation of the Act, on the basis of her husband's unfavorable credit rating. A jury trial was granted by this Court on August 10, 1979, 83 F.R.D....
