James Hepperle pro se appeals the dismissal of his action for want of prosecution and the refusal of the district court to consider his motion for recusal. Appellant also urges the recusal of eight judges of this court who were panel members in prior appeals of this case.1 This is the third conventional appeal2 of this diversity action...
