Robert J. Naquin & Associates, Inc. (Naquin) brought this suit to collect a real estate commission allegedly owed by Portage Plantation, Inc. (Portage). The trial court granted defendant's motion for summary judgment dismissing plaintiff's suit. Plaintiff appeals. We reverse.
