This is an appeal by defendant United Farm Workers Union, its officers and Rebecca Harrington [UFW] from a temporary injunction granted in favor of plaintiff H. E. Butt Grocery Company [HEB]. HEB alleged generally that the UFW was conspiring to commit unlawful acts against it.
