Lomax were charged in a two count indictment, the first count of which was for the fraudulent use of a stolen Mobil Oil Company credit card, in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1644(a),1 and the second count for the transportation in interstate commerce of the same credit card, in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1644(b).
