Defendant appeals from the trial court's denial of his request for review of his sentences for convictions of conspiracy to commit theft, theft, and theft-receiving. We affirm.

On January 19, 1973, a jury found the defendant guilty of one count of conspiracy to commit theft, five counts of theft-receiving, and one count of theft, which occurred during a one-year period prior to February 5, 1970. He was sentenced to three and one-half to five...
