This is an appeal by the Government from an adverse ruling on a motion to suppress. The appellees Manriquez and Rodriguez were charged jointly in a one-count indictment with possession of 22 pounds of marijuana with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (1976).
