The principal question presented on this appeal is whether the assumption of jurisdiction over appellee under Tex.Rev.Civ. Stat.Ann. art. 2031b (Vernon 1964) violates due process. Appellant Michigan General Corporation filed suit for damages in Dallas County, Texas, alleging that appellee Mod-U-Kraf Homes, a Virginia corporation, breached a merger agreement.
