GREENE, Judge.

Defendant Ira Elmer Bryant was convicted in the Circuit Court of Greene County of the crimes of burglary and stealing, after trial by jury. Defendant was thereafter sentenced by the trial court under the authority given it by the Second Offender Act, § 556.280, RSMo 1969, V.A.M.S., to three years imprisonment on each charge, with the sentences to run concurrently.
