This is a suit for foreclosure of a mechanic's lien upon removable fixtures which were incorporated into a construction project. Judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff, Hagler, who was the general contractor; and the defendant Windmill Dinner Theatre of Dallas, Inc., the owner of the property, appeals from that judgment.
