In this housing discrimination suit the district court granted defendant real estate agents' motion for summary judgment and dismissed the action on the ground that plaintiff Broadmoor Improvement Association, Inc. did not have standing to sue under Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 3604, 3612 and the Civil Rights Act of 1866, 42 U.S.C.A. § 1982.
