Appellant-defendant here appeals from his conviction on three counts of first degree murder for which he was sentenced to three consecutive life terms. He alleges error in connection with the testimony of a psychiatrist, Dr. Spencer Anneberg, relative to his mental responsibility at the time of commission of the crime.
