This is a suit to set aside a compromise settlement agreement in a workers' compensation case. Plaintiff/Appellant, Ruth Yarbrough, had signed a Compromise Settlement Agreement of her workers' compensation and received the benefits thereof, and brought this suit to set aside the agreement on the grounds of fraud.
