Arthur L. Brandon d/b/a Aircraft Underwriters Agency appeals from a take-nothing judgment rendered on a jury verdict in his action against Susan Cooper d/b/a Cooper Aircraft Agency. Brandon owns and operates an aircraft insurance agency and Susan Cooper is a former employee of the agency.
