This is an ad valorem tax case wherein Amplifone Corporation sought a refund of ad valorem taxes paid to Cameron County, Texas, during the years 1972, 1973 and 1974, and a declaratory judgment that certain of its personal property was exempt from taxation during the 1975 tax year and all future years by virtue of Tex.Rev.Civ.
