This is a suit for specific performance of an earnest money agreement for the sale of land. On October 17, 1977, the trial court entered a "Decree" in favor of plaintiff which provided that plaintiff, as the purchaser, was to deposit in escrow the balance of the purchase price and that these monies were to be paid to defendant upon the execution by him of a deed, which he was directed by the court to execute.
