Appellant was convicted of misdemeanor drunk driving (Veh. Code, § 23102, subd. (a)). His motion to strike a 1976 prior conviction for the same offense was denied. The court found the 1976 conviction was valid. Appellant then entered a guilty plea to the new offense. He has appealed, challenging the constitutionality of the 1976 prior. The appeal lies.
