Loomis, Jr., to recover the balance allegedly due to plaintiff on a promissory note in the original principal amount of $550,000.00, executed by defendant and payable to plaintiff, and to recover attorneys' fees provided for in the note. Defendant answered that plaintiff had charged usurious interest on the note, and pleaded for recovery...
