When the convict failed to show up January 24, 1977 for a suspended sentence revocation hearing, his bail bond was ordered forfeited. The next day, notice of the forfeiture was mailed to appellant, the bondsman who, on April 28, 1977, filed a motion to set it aside and quash execution of the judgment. The state moved to dismiss...
