As a result of an automobile-train accident, the above-named infants died on March 30, 1978. Subsequently, their father, Hans Bernich, petitioned this court for limited letters of administration and an order was filed appointing him as such to prosecute a cause of action arising from this accident in which the mother of the decedent infants was also a victim.
