HUGHES, Justice.

Trial court denied the plea of privilege of Cul-Co, Inc., doing business as Tom Thumb Super Market # 47, to be sued in Dallas County. Lucille Redd, plaintiff, had controverted. Cul-Co has appealed.

Affirmed.
