The defendant was convicted of exhibiting a dangerous and deadly weapon in a rude, angry and threatening manner—a § 564.610, RSMo 1969 violation. His appeal contends: (1) that the trial court erred in allowing evidence of other crimes; and (2) that inasmuch as the victim did not see the weapon there was insufficient evidence to support the conviction.
