This is a suit in equity for removal of a trustee. The case was tried to the Court on January 23 and 24, 1980. The plaintiff, John George Busby, is one of the beneficiaries of the trust. For jurisdictional purposes, he is a citizen of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The defendant, Worthen Bank & Trust Company, a national banking association, is the sole trustee at present.
