Plaintiff, Arlis D. Scoggin, appeals a judgment rejecting his demands to invalidate a mineral top lease because of error and return to him the consideration paid for it. We affirm. The lease was granted by defendant, Leon W. Bagley, on December 5, 1977, covering 360 acres of land in DeSoto Parish, on which there was an existing lease dated December 8, 1972 for a 5 year primary term.
