This matter was originally brought on by application of the petitioner Nassau Insurance Company, to permanently stay respondent Leon Lucas from arbitrating an uninsured motorist claim with petitioner upon the ground that the offending vehicle involved in the collision herein was insured for automobile liability insurance at the time of the alleged occurrence.
