Following a juvenile adjudicatory hearing on November 16, 1978, the District Court in Rockland, sitting as the juvenile court, found defendant guilty of five bomb threats to the local high school. Pursuant to 15 M.R.S.A. § 3402 (Supp.1965-78), defendant took a timely appeal to the Superior Court (Knox County).
