Defendants Frick, Harris and Pailet were convicted by a jury of conspiracy, 18 U.S.C. § 371, mail fraud, id. § 1341 and wire fraud, id. § 1343. All defendants claim there was insufficient evidence to sustain the jury's verdict. We reject this contention.
