We reverse the summary judgment which dismissed the complaint of plaintiff, Bankers and Shippers Insurance Company.

The following facts are not in dispute. In June of 1976 an accident occurred between Bankers' insured and a vehicle owned by defendant, Curtis, Incorporated.
