Plaintiff initiated this action pro se pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(g). He alleges that the defendant Long Island Lighting Company ("LILCO") has discriminated against him on the basis of his national origin, which is Pakistanian, in its refusal to hire him as an engineer.
