This is a medical malpractice action brought by Sandra Anderson against Y. S. Moore, M.D. At the close of the plaintiff's evidence the District Court sustained the defendant's motion for a directed verdict and plaintiff prosecutes this appeal. The issue involved is whether the doctor violated the standard of care in the Lincoln community by negligently diagnosing plaintiff's symptoms, and in prematurely discharging her from the hospital.
