This is a suit in equity for the reformation of a deed.1 The trial court denied reformation and dismissed plaintiff's complaint. We reverse.

In May 1976, the parties2 agreed to exchange real property. Defendant, desiring to consolidate his farm land, agreed to trade 200 acres to plaintiff for 356 acres.
