Defendant appeals from the denial of his motion to set aside a default judgment entered against him.

Plaintiff filed suit against defendant on April 19, 1978, for legal services rendered. An amended complaint was filed on May 17, 1978.1 Default judgment was entered against defendant on June 19, 1978. Apparently being unaware that a default had been entered against him,
