Shirlee A. Kinney appeals an adverse judgment in a cause of action against Edgar D. Bauch, Mayor of the City of Tukwila, and the City for unlawful termination of employment and defamation. Kinney contends she was unlawfully discharged in retaliation for her participation in a lawsuit arising from allegations of sexual discrimination by the City, and defamed by Bauch at the time of discharge. We find no error and affirm.
