Defendant was charged with two counts of armed robbery on November 2, 1977, and was subsequently convicted on both counts in a jury trial on July 27, 1978. He was sentenced to 4 to 12 years imprisonment. He contends that the identification testimony was so vague and conflicting that he was not proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and that certain erroneous instructions were given...
