This is a personal injury action brought by appellants, Selena Rechell Mahathy, a minor, suing by and through her mother, Hellen Gillis as next friend, and by the mother in her individual capacity, against George L. Ingram and Associates, appellee herein. The suit is based upon injuries received by the minor on May 5, 1978, when she was 15 years of age, and a student at the Middle School in Jasper, Texas.
