On August 10, 1978, plaintiff (Forrester) filed this case, asserting a claim against defendant Roth's IGA Foodliner, Inc. (Roth's), under 29 U.S.C. §§ 207 and 216(b) for recovery of $20,648.16 in unpaid overtime compensation for the period from May 30, 1976, through May 29, 1978.
