This is an appeal from a suit for breach of contract brought by Colorado Coal Furnace Distributors, Inc. (Colorado Coal) against the Prill Manufacturing Company (Prill) when Prill cancelled an exclusive distributorship contract for coal furnaces it manufactured. A jury awarded Colorado Coal $76,644.18 monetary damages, less $18,985.74 it owed to Prill. Prill's motion for judgment n. o. v. was denied. Colorado Coal appeals the trial court's dismissal...
