Decided April 3, 1979.

On the court's own motion, the decision and order of this court dated March 29, 1979 each amended by adding thereto the following: "Motion for leave to appeal, and appeal taken as of right, from an order of the Appellate Division dated February 6, 1979 denying reargument, each dismissed without costs upon the ground that said order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution."
