This is a suit for damages allegedly caused by defamatory statements in a prior suit between the same parties. Based upon a compromise agreement entered into by the parties terminating the first suit, defendants herein interposed a peremptory exception of res judicata which the trial court sustained, dismissing plaintiff's suit. Plaintiff appeals.
