In a trial by jury the defendant was found guilty upon two informations, charging assault and robbery while armed with a dangerous weapon, a violation of 13 V.S.A. § 608(b), and upon an information charging him with a violation of 13 V.S.A. § 608(c), injuring a person while committing the acts denounced by § 608(b).
