This is a damage suit. Plaintiff, William A. Beicker, sued defendant, Paul Watkins, d/b/a Paul Watkins Air-Conditioning Service, for damages for personal injuries caused as the result of an explosion in a heating unit situated in the plaintiff's home. Plaintiff alleged that he employed the defendant to repair the heating unit and in making these repairs defendant discovered that the heating unit had a malfunctioning air draft which caused the unit...
