Plaintiffs Brummett, et al., (Brummett) sued to eject Pilotte from Brummett's farm. Judgment was entered in favor of Brummett on March 30, 1973. Pilotte appealed and gave a supersedeas bond which was approved by the trial court April 9, 1973. Thereafter, Pilotte remained on the farm until February 28, 1974.
